The Unity Sets The PICKED provides are designs that Cassie personally creates. Unity Sets are made with a UV cured high-quality permanent ink.

We offer the following when placing an order as a Gift:
♥ We will gladly add a note free of charge! Include the message to be on the card in the 'notes to seller'
♥ We can mail the gift directly to that person. It is on you to update the shipping address. You may provide it via messaging, or in 'notes to seller' at the time of purchase.
♥ We will not include invoices or payment information for gifts, but you must specify during checkout that it is a gift.
♥ Gift wrapping is also available for an additional charge.
Vintage Items are not refundable or eligible for return. Vintage items are used and will show wear. We encourage buyers to view all photos and read the full description as I make every attempt to include all information to include damages (if any). Ask questions prior if needed.
Please double check your order before finalizing your purchase. Check your personalized items for spellings, and that you provided all information needed to fulfill your order. We will note your order should you contact us regarding personalized order details, and typically such notes are not overlooked. Check your address as we ship to the address on your receipt. We will note your order should you contact us with a different address. However, address changes are manually changed at the time of shipping and any address change notes can easily be overlooked.
We are not responsible for the misspelling of names, messages, dates etc. that you provide to us. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the mistake was made on our end regarding how an item was personalized. I will happily replace the item at no cost to you.
Return request must be made within 10 days of the shipping date. Buyer must pay for returned shipping. Once item has been returned and inspected for resale we will issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and original shipping charges.

We take great care in wrapping your items with bubble wrap, peanuts and/or shipping paper, sturdy boxes and heavy shipping tape. In the event your order arrives damaged please let us know within 3 days of delivery. Send a clear photo(s)of the damaged item(s), with the shipping material used to prepare your order. We will file a claim with USPS which can take up to 10 days to hear back from them. USPS requires that you keep the item, with packaging until the claim is finalized. We have issued replacements prior to waiting for USPS to approve only to have USPS ask that the customer take the damaged item to their local Post Office for evaluation. This happened one time and when the customer did not keep their item we were not reimbursed.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates; we only guarantee the day that we ship your order (and notify you should there be a delay for any reason at the earliest possible time). We have no control over weather related delays and/or holidays that can disrupt the delivery date.
