Description

This set of three handmade eggplant purple hydrangea flower pins or bobbies, are the perfect accessory for your wedding day. A set of three gorgeous hydrangea flowers are affixed to your choice of hair pins or bobby pins. The centre of the flowers feature a simple Swarovski creamy white pearl. Picture these scattered through your hair with a veil draping below. Perfect for your wedding or special occasion.

As this item is handmade, there may be slight differences in each item.

FAQs

As shipping from Canada to the US is expensive compared to domestic mailing rates within the US, I send my jewelry in pretty organza bags rather than jewelry boxes to keep jewelry prices as low as possible as well as shipping costs. The only exception would be some jewelry sets which indicate in the listing that they are sent in a jewelry box.

I do have a limited selection of jewelry boxes so if you would like a box, please ask. Please note that additional shipping may apply.
The shipping times outlined above are "business days" which do not include weekends & holidays in postal delivery standards even if your country has weekend delivery. Please note that customs delays may happen from time to time, therefore delivery times are not guaranteed. If you would like tracking, please purchase the appropriate upgrade. If you need items by a certain date, please purchase the upgrade to Canada Post Xpresspost / USPS Priority Mail or Canada Post Tracked Packet. Canada Post Tracked Packet is available to many countries. Please contact me for a quote.

I want you to love your jewelry but if your order doesn't meet your expectations, it can be returned in certain circumstances however NO returns on earrings, tiaras, hair combs, clips or pins for hygienic reasons, sale or clearance items. Please notify within five days of receipt.

Returns by REGULAR MAIL ONLY. If taxes are due on returned items, they will be paid and deducted from refund. Items must be returned in the original condition. Items will not be refunded if they are received damaged due to poor packaging. Merchandise must be unused, undamaged and in a saleable condition.

Refunds for amount of item only. Postage, shipping & handling are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
If the address is incorrect on your account and sent to the wrong address and does not come back, you will be expected to re-purchase your order if you would like it re-sent. If the item is returned and you would like it re-sent, you will be responsible for the "re-shipping" fee. If an item is sent with tracking and is returned due to an incorrect address, postage is due to return to me and due to re-send to the buyer. More than ever, please ensure your address is correct! If you do not want it re-sent, the return postage amount will be deducted from the refund due. If an item has been returned for any reason, you will be contacted. If no response within 2 weeks, it is assumed you do not want the item & no refund will be given.
I am not responsible for any customs fees or duties that are levied on your order. Please check your import limits and restrictions in your particular country as these fees are your responsibility. These fees are NOT additional shipping charges.

For US customers, there are rarely any custom fees charged.

I will not under-value packages or mark as a "gift" on customs forms as this is against Canadian and international law.
Items on Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
Black Friday - Cyber Monday or any special sales are final.

Three or more orders of the same item is considered a "Custom" order and cannot be returned. I would advise purchasing one item to see if it meets your expectations and then coming back for the remaining items required.

Strictly NO returns on earrings, tiaras, hair combs, clips or pins. As most of my customers purchase these items for their weddings, I only want to send brand new items to them, I do not accept returns on these items.

If you unfortunately received an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as you receive it. Please take a photo and message me with it and I will advise what the course of action should be. In case of minor damage (a crystal falls out), I will give you directions on how to repair it. In the case of major damage, I will either send you a new item or issue you a full refund if a replacement is not available.
Please return unwanted item as explained in "Returns" section above. Then, place a new order from my store. When your item comes back, you will be issued a refund for item returned.
For my US and international customers, the following are holidays observed in Canada and British Columbia in 2018/2019 and there is no mail service on these dates:
