These are really neat. They consist of two 1" (25mm) owl buttons with a smaller 11/16" (17mm) center owl button. They are connected together with four (4) pieces of chain. The total length including the chain is 3 & 7/8" ( 99mm)

They are made of non-magnetic silver metal. I think they might be white brass, but can't be positive of that. Each owl has a loop shank on the back.

I have seen these called c 1880, but I don't believe them to be that old. I think 1st half of the 20th Century is probably more accurate.

They are in excellent condition.

There would be great for sewing, collecting, reenactment, costume design or jewelry making. Many potential uses.
