We accept payment though Paypal or direct checkout. Sales tax is charged in Kansas only, all other states are tax free. You may cancel your order within 24 hours, after that period the item is non-refundable due to the nature that all of our products are custom made.

Once an order is received a picture proof of your selection will be sent to you before proceeding and changes can be made at that time. We are also more than happy to help you put together the perfect combination.

Returns and exchange details

We want you to be a happy customer which is why every J’adore product includes a 1-year limited warranty which covers any defect in craftsmanship. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we will repair or replace any items found to be defective and covered by this warranty which begins the date the product has shipped. Each customer is limited to one (1) warranty replacement per purchase.

Fabrics are not warranted against fading or shrinkage. Please follow our detailed care instructions which are included in an email that is sent when your bed ships. Always use cold water, hang dry, and do not put your cover in the dryer. Visible abuse such as digging, chewing, or staining will void this warranty. Commercial use will also void this warranty.

Waterproof insert covers are covered by this warranty. However, standard muslin insert covers are not covered as they are protected by the main cover and can only be damaged by washing or abuse. If you believe your pet may have an accident on their bed resulting in the need to wash the inserts, we highly recommend you purchase our optional waterproof insert covers which are placed over the standard muslin covers and can be easily removed and washed.

If an issue arises please provide us with a picture and description. If you are asked to return an item, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping policies

All beds are made-to-order. Please see product listing for estimated completion times. Your guaranteed ship-by date will be provided to you once your fabrics have been confirmed. Most beds leave our studio before this date. We reserve the right to extend this date in the event of a major snowstorm and you will be notified of this change.

We ship all domestic packages via UPS and provide a tracking number upon shipment. All pricing is based on shipping within the Continental US. Most packages arrive within 2-4 business days of being shipped. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If you live in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or an outlying island please contact us for an estimate.

All international orders ship via USPS. If you do not see your country available for shipping please contact us for a shipping estimate. Typical shipping times for USPS International is 6-10 business days but delays can happen due to Customs. There may also be additional duties/fees due from Customs prior to delivery.

Please note that if you are unable to accept delivery of your order and it is returned as “undeliverable” (This includes “unclaimed” and “return to sender”) you will be responsible for the return delivery. Custom-made products that are returned as undeliverable through no fault of our own are not eligible for refunds and will be held for 30 days to allow for return delivery. If a payment for return delivery has not been provided within 30 days they will be ineligible for return delivery.

Yes, that's what we are all about! Just let us know the size and bed style your looking for and we can provide you with pricing.

Yes, all of our custom beds offer you the option to add your pet's name. Each bed listing includes an "embroidery" section explaining how to add it your bed and provides more information about our embroidery. It's a $10 add-on unless we've included it in a listing.

I most certainly can help you create the perfect combination for your bed. To get started I would need to know what colors/patterns you like. For example, you could place an order & in the comments section at checkout write "I'd love your help. I'd like my bed to be gray and yellow. I like chevrons, damasks and stripes" or you could say "I'd like my bed to be gray, yellow with some navy accent. I like the patterns: Ozbourne Corn Yellow, ZigZag Ash, Stripe Ash, Fynn Navy, Scribble Corn but I'm not quite sure how to combine these". I would then email you back with some combination ideas and would work with you until you feel confident your bed will turn out perfect.

Yes! All of our beds have been designed with a removable, washable cover which features a durable, upholstery-grade zipper. You just unzip the cover from the inserts and throw it in the wash. Our fiberfill inserts are also washable if they are soiled. We include a link to detailed washing instructions when we ship our completed beds.

Wash the cover in cold water, delicate cycle, making sure to close zippers. Then Line Dry. Wash only when needed, using hot water or putting it in the dryer can cause the fabric to shrink and/or fade.

Note: We only recommend washing the main bed cover, not the muslin insert covers.

Yes, we offer top-of-the-line waterproof insert covers as an optional add-on if your worried your pet might have an accident. This fabric has a moisture barrier that has been bonded to the back so water cannot penetrate it.

Yes, replacement and extra covers are available for all of our beds! We keep detailed records of all our customer's beds so if you want a new cover we can make you one that's a perfect fit.

Our typical turn-around time is 2-4 weeks. Once an order is received, we verify the fabrics you requested and see if any fabrics need to be ordered or if we already have them in stock. If fabrics need to be ordered then it can take 1-2 weeks for us to receive them. In the mean time we begin cutting and sewing the fabrics we have in stock along with making the inserts so that when your other fabrics arrive we are ready to finish your bed. Most beds will ship in 2-3 weeks. We have a 4 week time frame listed to account for the occasional fabric delays or if we have a large number of orders to fulfill. We have never shipped a bed late!

All of our beds come beautifully wrapped with a bow, hang tag and treat bag so they make the perfect gift! We can also include a special gift message if you'd like. Just let us know what you'd like written in the comments section at checkout.

Our Cuddle beds are measured from outside-bolster to outside-bolster. We do this so you know the overall size of the completed bed as the bolsters extend out further than the cording or inside seat. Measuring based on cording-to-cording or the inside seat doesn't reflect the overall dimensions of the bed.
