The Stained Glass pillow is knit in separate color blocks. I-cord piping sandwiched in the seams gives the pillow its 3-D appeal. Once the knitting is complete, the pillow is felted and then stuffed. The finished pillow is approximately 14.5" wide, with a diameter of approximately 8".
Yarn Requirements: All four colors in this design are a 100% wool, worsted weight (3.5 ounces /
220 yards) yarn. You'll need 175 yards of each color. The circular sides (not shown) are in same color as the piping.
Tools Requirements: One pair of size 10 circular needles to work color blocks and
pillow ends; a spare size 9 or smaller-diameter circular needle to work the tuck
stitch, one pair of size 10 double-point needles to work i-cord; a yarn needle;
Polyfil to stuff the finished pillow.
