I have a large order in my cart, and the shipping cost seems too high. Is it correct?

Not always. For larger orders or multiple items, Etsy’s shipping calculator may show a higher shipping cost than the actual postage. If you pay more than the real shipping cost, we will refund the shipping overage after your order is packed and the final postage is calculated.

All ready-to-ship items are guaranteed to ship within 1–3 business days. Please note that macrame pieces are made to order, so their processing time may vary depending on the item and quantity. All orders are shipped by registered airmail with a tracking number. We will update your order with tracking information as soon as it ships.

Unclaimed or missed parcels

For longer lengths (more than 10 yards / 9 meters), the material is usually not cut and is shipped as a single piece.
