♥ Before purchasing anything please read the text beneath the photos.

I take time to measure all items using both centimetres and inches.

♥ All items are either pre worn vintage which may show their age or new vintage discontinued stock.

Conditions vary; this is to be expected due to the fact most items are between 20-100 years old and have been kept in different conditions over the years.

All earrings are sent with either new 9ct gold plated butterflies or rubber backs depending on the style.

All items are carefully cleaned by myself and well kept in a pet free/smoke free home.

If you'd like something polished or dipped in jewellery cleaner prior to shipping please let me know.

♥ I always use Royal Mail Signed For and International Signed & Tracked to ensure your item is delivered and does not get lost along the way.

A note will be left if the postman cannot take a signature, if this is the case please book redelivery for a suitable day using the postal website.

If you would like to purchase items without the signed/tracked option at your own risk then do not hesitate to contact me.

♥ Items are posted every morning before 10am except on Saturday evenings and Sundays.

Late Saturday and Sunday post is sent on Monday mornings.

Orders placed after 10am are sent the next morning.

Due to Covid19 parcels are currently sent out twice a week

♥ Earrings with posts and Zizikim™ handmade earrings are pinned to a card and sealed in plastic.

Clip on earrings, rings, necklaces and bracelets are sent in a pouch, a vintage box or wrapped in bubble wrap.

♥ Zizikim does not offer a jewellery rental service.
If the item is unworn a refund can be provided.

Please contact me within 3 days upon receiving your item and provide a reasonable reason for the return.

Items must be in original unworn condition and shipped back in the original packaging with tracking.

Once the return is received a refund will be issued for the purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns from non U.K countries must inform Post Office item is ‘returned goods’ to avoid customs fees/handling charges/VAT. Buyer will cover this charge if correct postage is not paid or parcel is not marked as a return.

♥ Avoid swimming, showering, exercising, sleeping and directly spraying perfumes onto your jewellery as they will tarnish over time.

Bear in mind vintage jewellery lasts longer with proper care.

To clean items carefully dab with a damp cloth.
