Description

This is a beautiful Edwardian-style brooch, with 14K white gold filigree surrounding (and exposing) a carved white topaz crystal panel and with a small diamond in the center. There is a 14K mark, on the clasp of the pin that is on the back. The pin has a locking C clasp (opening downward), as is typical for this type of jewelry from the early 1900s.

The brooch is 1 5/8 inches (wide) by 5/8 of an inch (high), the topaz is 3/4 of an inch (wide) by 1/2 of an inch (high), and the diamond is about 2.8 mm.

This item is in excellent condition, with no chips on cracks on the stones, no breaks on the metal, and no repairs.

So that you can appreciate the true beauty of this small brooch, I have included enlarged images that show a dark background against the clear topaz (image # 1) and a white background against the clear topaz (image #2).
