RETURNS: Contact us for a return within 5 DAYS OF DELIVERED DATE on ETSY only, not by email as messages will be sorted to junk mail by default since your email address is not in our address book, and are overlooked. We accept returns of items in original condition, however, CUSTOM ORDERS are non-refundable & non-returnable due to their personal nature. RETURNS are ONLY honored for pieces where feedback reviews have NOT been left. We are diligent to accurately describe & photograph merchandise so return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please INSURE IT AND RETURN IN THE SAME PACKAGING so you will know it arrived safely. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR PACKAGES THAT ARRIVE DAMAGED. Please include SPECIFIC instructions (exchange or refund) with your transaction number and username for prompt service. Money can only be refunded to the buyer in the same method as originally paid, like Paypal, and cannot be refunded to a gift recipient.

RETURNS: (Unpersonalized) items are available for refunds OR feedback reviews, not BOTH. If feedback review comments are left your item is UNAVAILABLE for return. Feedback review comments are designed for items you keep and actually wear to ensure ACCURATE reviews of our jewelry for our potential buyers. Naturally, returned & refunded items are ineligible for reviews.

RETURNS: If you are wanting a return AFTER your 5 day time frame you may be issued store credit which is decided on a case by case basis.

RETURNS can only be honored if item is returned is ORIGINAL NEW UNWORN condition AND IF RETURNED IN THE SAME PACKAGING. Items not sent in same packaging can get damaged in shipping on postal conveyor belts & in sorting machines. HappyGoLicky is unable to accept responsibility for damage caused by insufficient packaging on returned items.

Buyers are responsible for any RETURN shipping fee.

RETURNS or EXCHANGES of RINGS (with exception of zodiac rings) due to ordering an incorrect size will incur a 15% fee for the silver usage and loss of materials as returned rings may rest in stock and are subject to year end inventory taxes. Necklaces, earrings, and bracelets (unpersonalized or customized) can be exchanged or returned without a fee, but must be returned within 5 days in unworn perfect condition. Postage is non-refundable as we are diligent to accurately describe & photograph items.

However, ZODIAC SIGN rings are a FINAL SALE since there are over 250 size/design combinations. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on zodiac sign rings.

There is a 24 hour cancellation grace period for any RING. Ring orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hour grace period without incurring the 15% inventory fee as orders are started promptly, and we make over 2,800 design/size combinations. Any RING order cancelled AFTER this 24 hour grace period will be refunded, less 15%.

Custom "personalized" orders are non-refundable/exchangeable/returnable. They are an immediate final sale. This includes ANY item that bears your personal initials, date, or word, or any item that you have asked to alter. After purchase cancellations or additional alterations cannot be made after a 24 hour grace period as orders are started promptly.

REFUNDS: We are diligent to accurately describe & photograph merchandise so return shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Examples photographed will be different from your piece as ALL PIECES ARE HANDMADE and will differ slightly, as described in the listing.

REFUNDS: Our work schedule is an approximation ONLY, not a concrete shipping schedule as ALL pieces are HANDMADE and may take longer due to an unexpected delay in one or more of the 8 steps of creation. We apologize for inconveniences, yet, if your piece misses a deadline (due to our scheduling OR USPS unexpected shipping delays) and is returned by buyer, SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

REFUNDS for delayed packages in the US require 3 WEEKS (6 weeks for international) in transit before considered lost and replaced or refunded. This is because almost ALL packages delayed make it to their final destination. Once we refund Etsy prohibits us from re-charging your credit card once a lost package arrives, so, therefore we ask for patience with the US postal system and require 3 weeks from shipping for refunds.

Custom personalized orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED after purchase and a 24 hour grace period as they are started promptly.

Ring orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED after 24 hour grace period without incurring the 15% inventory fee as orders are started promptly. We make over 2,800 design/size combinations so ANY RING ORDER cancelled AFTER this 24 hour grace period will be refunded, less our 15% restock fee (as your cancelled order ring may be in inventory which we pay tax on at year's end.)

Non-custom orders CANNOT be cancelled after 7 DAYS, as they are started soon after purchase regardless of our completion schedule.

Custom orders, which includes any piece that has been made especially for you, like pieces with your initials, dates, personal monogram, quote, or any changes to a particular design are an immediate FINAL SALE. No exceptions, exchanges, returns, or refunds, as they are unable to be sold to anyone else due to their personal nature. Purchase serves as agreement to FINAL SALE terms. Cancellation AFTER purchase on CUSTOM orders is prohibited as they are started immediately, therefore, we ask for buyers to take the time to make final decisions prior to ordering. We request buyers honor personalized purchases.

Cancellations of rings are not accepted for completion schedules running longer due to rare complications in handmade processes. Cancellations of rings are not accepted for shipping delays caused by the USPS. Cancellations of rings are accepted only 24 hours after purchase for full refund, 15% less purchase price after this 24 hour grace period.

********** CUSTOM ORDERS ***********

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALES.

Due to the personal nature of CUSTOM ORDERS, they are 100% non-refundable/returnable/exchangeable so we will be sure to explicitly discuss your exact expectations to ensure your happiness. This includes ring size. If you order the wrong size custom ring: Rings can be "stretched" a half size, but cannot be made smaller without additional cost for silver and labor, and can only be done if going down ONE size only, on certain designs ONLY.

Custom orders, which includes any piece that has been made especially for you, like pieces with your initials, dates, personal monogram, quote, or alteration to a design are an immediate FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds, as they are unable to be sold to anyone else due to their personal nature. Once you purchase they will be started so these items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be canceled for a refund or exchange after payment is received. We request buyers honor their personalized purchases, and make final design decisions PRIOR to ordering.

RING SIZE is your full responsibility and we strongly recommend your finger professionally measured by a jeweler prior to purchase to avoid returns. We accept ring orders in US sizes only, not international sizes. HappyGoLicky cannot be responsible for ring size conversions. Rings that are not personalized can easily be exchanged if actual shipping cost is paid by buyer plus 15% restocking fee, and replacement ring will fall under the current work schedule.
