Sponge can coolers are made of premium, collapsible foam. Great quality, most of the stitching is on the inside of the cooler.
The neoprene is more of an upgraded can cooler compared to sponge. It's made from fabric very similar to a wet suit, and has a zig zag stitching on the outside of the cooler. It adds a lot durability, snugging the drink/can, along with a nice feel when holding the drink.
The Slim are made for 12oz slim shaped cans.
HOW DO I PERSONALIZE?

Please don't expect us to be responsible if you happen to enter the wrong information...it happens...you're in a hurry, baby is crying, phone is ringing. It's easier than you think to mistype a date, a name spelling, etc. Please take a breath and spend an extra minute to double and triple check what you've entered. 😊
PROOFS?
If you need a proof, please note that in the personalization box when purchasing.
If nothing is left regarding a proof, we will move directly to production.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PURCHASE?
If a proof is not requested when the order is placed, we will move to production and get your order processing as quickly as possible.
If a proof is requested, you will receive an artwork proof to your email on file with Etsy.
Please make sure you have a current email on file in your Etsy account.
Once artwork is approved, order moves to production...a delay in proof approval or excessive changes can delay the ship date and require rush/shipping fees to make sure the order gets to you on time.
To ensure we don't miss your important date: Proofs that are requested and not approved within 2 days will move to final production. We will assume that all of the information you entered at check out is correct. We won't be responsible for incorrect information if you have not approved the requested proof and it moves to final production.
WILL I GET A PROOF?
If a proof is requested, we will send a proof to the email you have on file with Etsy for your review before final production is started. Need to change your email, go to Account Settings and you can quickly change it.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once artwork is approved, order moves to production can take up to 10 days depending on the time of the year and order volume (this does not include weekends, holidays or shipping time)...a delay in proof approval or excessive changes can delay the ship date and require rush fees and upgraded shipping fees to make sure the order gets to you on time.
Transit time once your order has shipped takes up to 5 days in US. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you are an international customer.

We do our best to represent colors as accurately as possible and are not responsible if the color you see is different than the actual color. Regarding Napkins-We are happy to be able to offer you unprinted napkins (nominal fee applies) for you to make sure the colors will work with your palette.
We do our best to keep up with address changes but can't guarantee we will catch every one. Please triple check your address when you're checking out.
