Wall decals (matte) adhere best to smooth, un-textured walls, but they may adhere to lightly textured walls. It is best to clean walls prior to installing decals to remove any dust that may have settled within the textured areas.

Due to the specialty of the vinyl, the decals may NOT adhere to paints with additives such as:

* Zero-VOC paints
* Paint and primer-in-one paints
* Low VOC paints
* Stain-resistant paints
* Environmentally friendly "green" paints

Decals will not adhere to fresh paint. It is recommended that you wait 4-6 weeks before applying decals to your walls.

Yes, because the vinyl is very thin, decals can be removed, but they cannot be applied to another wall or surface. When removing a wall decal, it is important to use a blow dryer as you peel it off of the wall. Heating the vinyl loosens the adhesive and thins out the vinyl for easier removal.

No, upgrading shipping will not decrease processing time. For example, if processing time is 1-3 days, that means that it can take up to 3 business days to process and THEN it will be shipped.

No! Orders are combined at checkout . You pay for shipping for the first item and the rest ship for free.

Decals are measured in inches by height and width and can be found in the drop-down menu when you place your order.

The measurement is the overall dimensions of the whole design from the tallest point to the widest point of the design.

I suggest that you take some paper and cut it to fit the item you plan to put the decal on.

For example, if I were going to put a decal on my laptop, I would cut a piece of paper and physically place it on my laptop. If I'm happy with the size, then take measurements of the paper. You can adjust the size and then place your order.
