If you would like to return an item for a refund, you will responsible for the shipping charges incurred and the item must reach me within 7 business days of return approval.
No returns are accepted without prior approval. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item in unused condition.

I always appreciate the opportunity to remedy a situation prior to being given a poor review, however, the threat of a poor review will also not result in ensuring the desired outcome. I understand emotions can run high when something isn't what you were expecting, but please give me the benefit of the doubt when contacting me and allow me the opportunity to correct the issue. It is very disheartening to receive an email with the first line being the threat of a bad review instead of an explanation of what was wrong & how it could be corrected. I do try to represent each item I create as honestly as possible. Please read through the item details of each listing as well as the materials used to create the item before placing the order. It is always easier to ensure an item is what you are looking for prior to placing the order than it is to be disappointed when receiving the order & having to go through the hassle of returning it.
