Returns and exchange details

Our hand made items are made from (mostly) natural materials, therefore there will be some variation in colours, etc. from item to item. Please bear that in mind when you are purchasing items.

We only want happy customers! If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please convo/email us within 3 days telling us why and we'll endeavour to find a suitable solution.

No refund or replacement will be given before return items are received and will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned item(s). All returned items must be in 'as new' condition and fit for immediate resale. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Any personalised or custom orders are not eligible for returns because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping policies

We aim to ship within 3 working days once payment has been received and items will be posted via the Post Office within Britain and via our R101 (airmail) for international destinations.
British destinations will take between 3 and 5 days to arrive and for international destinations, it'll take longer! If you are purchasing your item for a gift and require it to be delivered by a certain date, please convo us for shipping times, our R101 may have a long way to fly....
