We cut each design to order, so please allow 2-4 days for production. We ship USPS Priority mail in the United States, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Decals stick to most smooth surfaces. This can be walls, doors, windows, glass, mirror, appliances, and finished wood.

However decals may not adhere to some paint finishes, such as low Voc, no Voc, Voc free, or paints with stain blocker. If you are unsure what type of paint you have please contact us for a test decal, before purchase.

We will not issue refunds due to these types of paint issues, so please know your paint prior to purchase.

This happens on occasion. If you can not get your decal to release from the backing paper, please turn the entire decal over (decal side down), on a flat surface. Squeegee with medium pressure and then remove the backing paper, while holding down the application tape. The backing paper should remove easily, leaving the decal attached to the transfer paper. Once the entire backing paper is removed, proceed with the 'direct method' of application per instruction sheets.
