If you have issues with what you have ordered,please message me! If I have made a mistake, I will gladly fix it.

Please make sure you want the item you are purchasing! I will not be offering returns to items that have already shipped.

If you'd like to cancel a pre-made order, this is fine as long as it hasn't been shipped out already. I will give you a refund, but there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the total cost. So please be mindful of this when purchasing from my shop!

I will not accept returns/refunds on custom made items. Once a custom order has been started your order cannot be cancelled. I make sure to send out pictures of the custom work to make sure you approve of it before shipping! I will make changes before shipping out if need be, but you will be charged accordingly.
If the custom order hasn't been started and you'd like to cancel, that is fine, but if there were items specifically purchased for your order you will be charged for the cost of those materials. I will send picture proof of purchase of said materials.

I can't control damages cause by shipping, or lost items that say they've been delivered, so there will be no refunds for lost or damaged items.

Shipping policies

I ship through USPS, and all orders come with a tracking number. International shipping is tracked until it leaves the US!

USPS isn't always perfect, so I cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. There are priority shipping options, as well as overnight. If you choose to have one of those options there will be a charge for the shipping upgrade. Please contact me if you need this option!

I am not responsible for custom charges! Please look into your countries customs information if you have any questions.

I can't control damages cause by shipping, or lost items, so there will be no refunds for lost or damaged items. Please contact your local post office and give them your tracking number, they just might be able to track the package down!

Additional policies

Regarding custom orders; If you purchase the custom order slot and fail to message me about the order you'd like, or do not purchase the custom order listing before the end of the month, there will be a small fee of $5 for when you do decide to purchase again. If it happens more than 2 times, then you will not be allowed to create another custom order. I cannot be responsible for failure to follow instructions. It is my time that gets eaten up with discussing custom orders and creating listings that don't get purchased.
