Please email a photo of the damaged item along with a description of the damage to be eligible for a free replacement of the Item. A new one will be made according to your order. As USPS states, there are no guarantee , unless order is shipped using 1-2 days express.

If your order is return to me because of the incorrect address, I will send you a message asking for the correct mailing address along with a link to purchase a new shipping label. HangingWithTheBride will not cover the charge to resend a package due to the wrong address that was submitted with the order. The package will be discarded after 3 months from the day I contact the customer.
