Refunds are no longer accepted unless the item is grossly misrepresented or damaged in shipment. I go out of my way to include all measurements to assure a proper fit. It is the buyers responsibility to read the listing and ask questions if I am missing something.
If a refund is warranted, items must be returned promptly (within 3 days of receiving) and in the same condition as sent - I absolutely do not refund shipping expense. That money went to the post office, not in my pocket so I don't have it to give you!

I understand that clothing is a difficult piece of merchandise to buy online since you cannot feel the fabric, smell the presence or lack of odors, and most importantly, you cannot try the garment on for proper fit. Sure, I carefully measure & note actual measurements of the items in my listings, but that doesn't always do it. I ask my customers to compare measurements to an item of their own that fits. I also carefully disclose condition... but sometimes I miss a seam, or a loose hem stitch. This is to be expected of vintage. These items are old. I do however reserve the right to handle any dispute individually & will work with you to resolve a problem should one occur.

Prompt communication is the key to a good online experience. If I don't hear from you, I will assume our business has concluded.

I ship within 3 days following receipt of funds using the fastest/ most affordable method with The United Staes Post Office.

In most cases international buyers can expect delivery via USPS 1st class international airmail and domestic clients will receive priority mail shipping. First class or Standard Post may be used for some items domestically if it will save you money.

Discounts: I believe I have my items priced fairly for the market. I have been selling vintage since 1986 and know what the going prices are. I wouldn't have been able to stay in business this long if I was over priced, especially during the recession! Therefore, I consider my prices to be firm. Prices reflect the time it takes to list, salary to my photographer and models, fees on etsy and paypal. However, there have been times when I will accept a reasonable discount offer. After all, I have coupon codes available for repeat customers.
