Felted wool bowls make terrific air plant planters, since they allow air flow around the plant. This soft little wool bowl will also hold your precious jewelry without fear of scratches. You can place the bowl by your nightstand table, or by your sink to safely contain your rings or earrings as well. I hand-knit each felted bowl myself, and then wet-felt the bowl, trim it, and add embroidery details.

This particular bowl was made with a pale pink yarn, sage green eco-fi felt made from recycled plastic bottles, and dark green cotton embroidery floss.

It would also make a nice gift for someone. I package these bowls ready for giving, in a little brown box tied with yarn. Add some candy or a little air plant to the bowl before giving to make it extra special!
