For our products including a proof, proofs are sent via Etsy convo approximately 2 to 4 business days after we receive your order & all details for the order. New proofs resulting from requested changes, are sent 1 to 3 business days after the change request was received. Card or invitation orders include 2 minor revisions. Changes beyond this and all font/layout changes will incur additional fees and take 2 to 6 business days. Vow books and guest book orders currently do not include a proof.

For our wood letters, each order includes one proof for two different photo files. If additional proofs for more photos are needed, additional fees will apply for each additional photo file.

All timelines are expressed in business days.

We do have pricing for our standard invitation suites in our invitations listings however if you would like to add or remove products from the standard suite, we would love to give you a customized quote! Contact us via Etsy convo with details regarding what you are looking for and we will provide you with a quote. Please note, all quotes are valid for 15 days. As our suppliers update their prices our prices may need to change to reflect any changes in our supplies.

Please send us an Etsy message to request a change of address and we will let you know if we are able to make the requested change. If you order was paid by PayPal, your order has entered into production or has already shipped, we are unfortunately not able to amend the shipping address.

To ensure that you received your proofs quickly, our design process begins as soon as we receive your order. Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. After this 1 hour window, we are no longer able to cancel an order. Also, once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled.

If you would prefer to have a different card designed in place of the original design you have purchased, additional fees of $29.99 will be incurred if the new card you would like to change to is the same size as the card you had originally ordered. If the new card is a different size the additional fee will be $29.99 plus the cost difference for the new cards.

Although we do strive for perfection, there may be the odd instance where an unforeseen error occurs with an order. If you do receive an order that has an error, please contact us right away and will review the matter as soon as possible. If the error is a result of our work, we will gladly correct the error and send out new products.

Please make sure that you have carefully checked the details provided to us for spelling errors, typos etc. We are unable to reprint or refund orders where the information provided to us for the order had spelling errors or typos. We will work with you to recreate the order, however we are unable to provide a refund for the original order placed.

All cards are printed on 130# stock unless otherwise noted. All cards also print full bleed, there is a 1/4" trim guide on each edge of the card for cutting.

All printed cards will be cut on the designated trim line, however the cut may shift up to 1/16 of an inch in any direction during production. As a result, the borders on some cards may be slightly uneven after printing.

We offer a variety of envelopes and not all listings will include envelopes. If the listing includes envelopes, the envelopes included will be white unless stated otherwise. Envelopes may be ship separately from stationery and we do recommend mailing cards with the torn edges in an envelope.

Table number minimum is 5 cards. Minimums are noted in each listing.

Our books can be used for photo albums however please note our casebound books don't have an expandable spine and may not lay flat after photos have been added to the pages. When used as an album, we don't recommend using a significant number of photos as the book will not lay flat when closed. The number of photos that can be used per page depends on the size of the book and the size of the photos. The smaller the size and number of the photos the better. We also do not recommend putting more than 1 photo per sheet of paper as the book will become bulky and may not close if more photos are used. Mounting strips should be used instead of photo corners. These are our suggestions if you decide to use our casebound books as a photo album.

Please keep in mind that colors may vary between monitors and printers. Therefore there may be a slight variation between the color that appears on your computer screen or electronic device and the colors generated for your printed products.
The foil used for our products will be either be gold, silver or rose gold depending on the selections made at checkout. Other foil colors may be available only when listed. All foil for guest books and cards is raised foil and not stamped.

Of course! We will send a proof via Etsy convo 2 to 4 business days after we received your order if a proof is purchased. Please all details for your book in your order notes. We will move orders into production 1 business day after we send the proof if we have not received a response to our convo with the proof. We do this to ensure all books are shipped out as soon as possible. Production for the book is completed approximately 5 to 9 business days after we sent notification that the book entered into production. For bulk orders of 2 books or more, with the same cover, 2 proofs are included with the order, additional fees will apply for any additional proofs requested beyond the 2 proofs.

After placing your order, we will email you a link where you can upload your photos to. You will also be able to resize and adjust your photos as necessary. If you run into any issues, please let us know. We can provide a one time set up for the photos at our current rates if you encounter any issues. Feel free to ask us any questions, we are happy to provide assistance! All photos for the cards will be printed in the same color that they are uploaded in. For example, if the photos are uploaded in color, the photos will be print in color. Standard print production (not including shipping) for the cards takes 5 to 9 business days. Shipping times are in addition to the production time for the cards.
