How long will it take for my order to ship out?

We process and ship orders Monday-Friday (Except United States Federal Holidays), and make every effort to get your package shipped as soon as possible. Most orders will be shipped out within 1 to 3 business days, but custom orders will take longer and average 3-5 business days.

Do you offer shipping upgrades?

We offer shipping upgrades for both United States and International orders. You can view all available shipping upgrades in your shopping cart. If you need your order by a certain deadline, please contact us so we can better assist you!

I need a large quantity of a particular item. Can I place a special order?

Absolutely! Simply send us a message with the items you are interested in, and we will assist you with placing a special order.

I want to purchase multiple items. Do you offer combined shipping rates?

We sure do! Please check your shopping cart for combined shipping rates. UNITED STATES ORDERS For United States orders all of our shipping rates are flat rate, even shipping upgrades. This means whether you order 1 item or 500 items, the shipping costs are the same low rate! INTERNATIONAL ORDERS For international orders, standard shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order.

Can I return an item for a refund?

Yes, for most items. Custom/personalized items cannot be returned. Please see our store policies for complete details.

I am an international customer...Will there be import duties and taxes for my country?

Possibly... We can not say for certain since each country is different. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
