We all have unique ear anatomy, and the size will largely depend on the location of the piercing. For these reasons, we cannot suggest a size. The ideal way would be to visit any local piercing shop and have the size and gauge measured.

If you have one that fits perfectly in the piercing you are purchasing for, you can send a photo of it kept along a ruler so we can measure the inner diameter.
