The price for shipping is flat. If you purchase multiple items we charge shipping only for one item per order (the one with the highest shipping value) every addional item ships free! This applies to the Standard shipping option only.

We ship via registered mail with tracking number included. It may take 1-4 weeks to arrive, maybe less, or more, depending on your destination and post office. Please note that not all countries support detailed tracking.

Shipping upgrade for express mail service is available at checkout. Please include your phone number if you choose the upgrade. Phone numbers are required in case your local carrier needs to reach you upon arrival.

Refunds and returns are accepted. If you are not satisfied please contact us - you can return your order in the same condition and package within 7 days of receiving and you'll get a refund on the item(s)
(without shipping costs). Please don't send anything back without contacting us first!
If your package is lost or damaged we'll issue a refund or exchange.
If you don't claim your package from the post office and it gets returned to us we will refund you (without shipping costs) as soon as the item arrives back to us or send the item again (additional shipping charge may be required).

There are no refunds or returns allowed on custom orders. We’ll send you pictures of the artwork for your approval before shipping it.
