I feel badly, but I no issue refunds or send replacements if tracking shows delivered. This shipping option requires a signature for delivery. If you can't sign in person, you can authorize someone else to sign. -If you need a shipping method with guaranteed delivery date you can use express shipping service during checkout. A VALID PHONE NUMBER is required. -You will receive your parcel from your National Post Carrier.

Please note that all plated findings (charms, clasps, beads, chains, jump rings etc) may tarnish if they are exposed to humidity for an extended time, or if they get in contact with alcohol, which is found in perfumes. To preserve longevity, store your jewelry in a dry place and avoid spraying perfume near it.

If you made multiple orders - we don't combine them automatically. If you would like them to be combined - please, make a note in Comments to order or via Etsy convos.

- Custom ordered items are not returnable. - Returns for correct order items (not due to mistake on my part) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. How many pieces do I get from a listing?

I always write the quantity information in the title if any item comes in multiple such as 2pc (2 pieces), 5pc (5 pieces) etc. If there is no quantity information in the title it means that; this item is sold individually even if it is photographed as a pair or in multiple quantity.
