We will happily give refunds on any items returned within 14 days in the same condition as when shipped.
Refunds will only be issued after I have received the returned original order. All returns must be in the original condition and in the same or comparable packaging.

If a package gets returned back to me as unclaimed I offer two options: refund without shipping costs or resending the package for an extra cost.

If packages with free shipping are returned, the shipping price is deducted from the refund.

Items will be shipped within 1-5 business days.
All packages up to 2 kg (till 4 lb) will be sent via Priority Mail,packages over 2 kg (more 4 lb) will be sent via Regular Mail.
Both are with a tracking number.

We grade our sea glass as Jewelry Quality and Craft Quality.

Jewelry Quality:

A ---Flawless,evenly and thoroughly frosted with very rounded corners naturally-symmetrical look.
No chips, poorly-rounded corners, or visible defects. Excellent for fine jewelry.

B----Nearly Flawless, maybe irregular shape, a small chip, or thin.

Craft Quality:

Frosted pieces may have chips, defects, and rough edges. Good for mosaics and some craft projects.

All of my sea glass finds are genuine surf tumbled only.

As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.
