Splash some personality into your decor with a unique hand-sculpted ceramic Whale dish!

These hand-carved whale bowls are one-of-a-kind items, each made with much love and care. These hand-formed whale sculptures can be used for multiple purposes including giving a home to a tiny air plant or even ring/earring storage. They are each unique and vary between approx 1.5-2in in length.

I make them from White Stoneware clay and glaze them in a high fire Matte Sapphire Blue glaze. During the glazing process, I wiped away the glaze from the “underbelly” of the whales, leaving the area around the lines unglazed, as raw exposed clay.

**Please note that purchase is only for an individual whale dish, and does not include an air plant. Each whale is handmade and may vary slightly from photos above. Please message me upon purchasing if you’d like photos of your specific whale before shipping out.

I create each piece of my work in a slow and careful process, working intentionally, while also allowing myself to go with the flow of the clay, embracing the meditative process. The bottom of this item is marked with my signature. This item is not recommended for the microwave or dishwasher.
