Description

This upcycled soap dish is made from two beautiful pieces making for a one of a kind find. I found both pieces at an Estate sale. The bottom of the soap dish was from a pedestal plate that had been taken apart. I used the bottom for this piece and I have another piece up for sale that is the top. The bottom is stamped Ardalt Occupied Japan that is Hand Painted from Lenwile China. The china piece has beautiful roses painted around the edges in rose pinks, salmon and blue with gold gilding patterns throughout. I was told it was from the 1950's. This piece is in great pre-used shape with no chips or cracks. I adhered it to a cut crystal bowl that is also in great shape. In the middle I added a pretty vintage like pearl brooch with added rhinestones which pick up the colors in the flowers. This is a beautiful piece that would be great in any room! Could be used for soaps, candies, or jewelry!
