DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We use USPS First Class Mail. Shipping transit is typically 3 - 7+ business days, depending on your location, once shipped. PLEASE NOTE: USPS has slowed their First Class (standard postage) service down significantly this year. I'd recommend Priority for a more reliable transit time.

When I have shipped, I will send you the shipping details to your Email Address on file with Etsy. You will receive a Delivery Confirmation number (this is similar to tracking and can be used to view periodic tracking updates on www.USPS.com).
A signature is NOT required upon delivery for First Class.

If you would like to upgrade from the default, First Class USPS shipping (starting at $3.00: estimated 3 - 7+ business days), there is also...
- PRIORITY (starting at $6.50) with estimated delivery of 2 to 4 business days
- EXPRESS (starting at $21.00) guaranteed within 2 business days, requires a signature upon delivery.

NOTE: Express is the only guaranteed service that USPS offers. First Class and Priority are usually on time but can be delayed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

NOTE: As of January 18, 2016, USPS has increased their International rates about 30-40%.

We use USPS First Class Package International. International shipping always varies due to each country's customs process. Transit can take anywhere from 1 to 5+ weeks, sometimes longer depending on each country's customs system and if there are any postal issues.

This time frame is in addition to our production time (see above). Please keep the production AND shipping times in mind when placing your order.

IMPORTANT: First Class International packages have basic tracking. Usually, it'll show when the package has entered the US mailing system, when it has left the US, and when it has entered the destination country. All international custom forms are filled out as required by law and provide a form number which I will give you upon notification of shipment. This form number can be entered on www.USPS.com to see the basic tracking.

- PRIORITY starts at $24/$34 with estimated delivery of 1-3 weeks (6 to 15+ business days). This can still vary due to the customs process and is not a guarantee.
- EXPRESS starts at $39/$61 with estimated delivery of 1-2 weeks (4 to 10 business days). Express comes with tracking and sometimes requires a signature upon delivery.

✿ CUSTOM DUES/FEES for INT'L CUSTOMERS ✿

International customers - please remember that you are responsible for any Customs duties, VAT, taxes or other fees that your country charges. These fees are charged by your country's customs for importing and are not additional shipping charges. I declare the value on all custom forms as the exact value of your order and mark the package as carrying "Other: Merchandise". It is illegal for me to complete the custom form untruthfully. Thank you for understanding.

RE: SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY

All domestic packages over $200 will require a signature upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for the package at the time of delivery, a notice will be left with instructions for rescheduling the delivery or to pick up at your local post office. In some cases, packages that are left for more than 1 week (5 business days) at the post office, can/will be sent back to me (the sender). Shipping fees will apply to resend.

ARRIVAL TIME / RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE

If you need your order to arrive sooner than the allotted time frames above, I can do Express or Priority mail (see above, additional fee may apply). Note: USPS only guarantees delivery-by dates with Express. Please check with me before placing your order so I can check if your item should arrive in time.

When packages are shipped, sometimes there are forces beyond my control that will slow down or prevent the arrival of your package. Please understand that once I ship a package, it is now in the hands of the United States Postal Service and I do not have any control over it. However, please do contact me in ANY event and I will do my best to investigate the situation and hopefully, resolve any issues.

GIFTS / MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

I always include a copy of the order invoice with the shipment. If you would like me not to include it, please let me know.

If you would like a note included from you to the recipient, please let me know. I would be happy to include a handwritten note for you.

If you would like your order to go to a different address (ie. a gift you would like to be sent directly to recipient), please let me know. I would be happy to!

If you would like your multiple item purchase to go to multiple addresses, please let me know. Each additional address will incur a fee for postage, based on the destination.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a package has been returned to us via USPS undeliverable due to incorrect/insufficient address, failure to pick up from post office, refusement, etc., costs to reship are at the buyers' expense. When a package has been returned to us, the service has been 'completed' according to USPS and postage will need to be repurchased to ship. Please double check the 'ship to' address to make sure that it is correct and current with all necessary information (ie. Full names/Business names, C/O, Apartment or Suite numbers, etc).
