- SHIP BY DATE: When your package leaves our facility.
You may find the expected ship by date on your invoice. Please add 1-5 business days (Domestic) / 7-10 business days (International) after the expected ship by date to estimate the actual delivery date.

International Shipping:
VAT FEES / DUTIES TAXES are paid by the buyer. Please check your country's website for import and duties regulations prior to purchase to see if VAT fees apply to your purchase. International Standard shipping takes 7-20 days.

Beadsvalley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are accepted.
Please review our in-dept return policy:
- Cancellations are accepted only within 1 hours of purchase
- Return requests are accepted only after 7 days of delivery
- Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of request
- Return fees:
Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping
- Returned item must be in its original brand new condition and must be properly repackaged. Buyer will be held responsible for any scratches or marks made during delivery.
- We charge 20% restocking fee for returned products.
