Came on time and was perfect. Designer took the time to let me know my original thread color may not show up well so I could choose a different option. Came out beautifully and followed my customizations perfectly.

This item turned out even cuter in person. The elephant is a great size. The embroidery is beautiful. It was processed and shipped quickly. Most importantly the owner of the shop is a wonderful business owner. I made a mistake when inputting the information I wanted embroidered on it and did not realize my mistake until I received the item. She responded quickly to my inquiry on whether there was anyway for me to get it corrected and was so helpful and generous in her solution.
