What type of paper is used for printing?

All photographs are printed on Lustre paper. Lustre projects a light shine (not overly glossy), while bringing forth rich color and detail. I only offer photo prints (no canvas, no metal prints, etc). Thank you!

What sizes are available?

Nearly every print in my shop is available as an 8" x 10", 11" x 14" and 16" x 20". Most are also available as 5" x 7". Many 20" x 24"s are listed as well. Photographs are borderless, unframed and unmatted.

Can custom sizes be created?

I'm happy to try to accomodate requests for sizes other than those listed. Please note: cropping changes are sometimes limited by the original composition of the photo.

When will my order ship?

Prints 11" x 14" and under are usually shipped within 2 or 3 business days. Larger prints are outsourced to a professional photo lab and may take up to 5 or 6 business days to ship. Shipped from a smoke-free environment. We are a dog-friendly home.

Will I receive tracking information for my package?

All domestic (within the United States) packages are sent with tracking numbers. Some, but not all, international shipments are also tracked.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

Yes, of course. I want you to be happy with your prints. If by chance you are not completely satisfied, please contact me so we can work out a return or an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please note that photos must be returned in their original condition.

Do you sell digital files?

No, I only sell physical prints.

Are you the photographer?

Yes, I am! The photographs in my shop were taken by me on various trips throughout the US, Europe and to California beaches. I hope to add numerous locales in the future.
