We provide everything you need in your package to arrange your photos as you want in your box, so you can proudly say "I did this for you" when gifting the box. It's a very easy 5 minutes job.

Sure thing! If you can't prepare and gift the box yourself, we will do it for you. 🙂

Before submitting your selection of pictures with our web app, you can mention that you ship your box straight to someone else. This way, we know that we have to arrange your photos and gift in your box before shipping your package.

We will nicely pack your order, and we won't include any receipt in the package. You can also choose to add some gift message and gift wrapping before checking out on Etsy if you'd like to. 🎁

Absolutely! While using our Web App (https://image-editor.lovinbox.fr/) you can create custom messages by using the text tool. You can add these messages directly to your photos or on any pictures you'd find on the internet.

You'll also find a library where you can pick different backgrounds to create your own messages. And if you still need help with this process, send us a message on Etsy, and I'd be glad to help you.

As we want you to be able to use a box for any occasion you'd like, those pictures are not automatically included. But you can pick them in the library of our web app, in the upper left panel, and mix them with your photos.

Each box is unique and made to order. Once we have received your pictures, we need up to 4 days to craft it and print your photos. Then shipping takes:

- 2 to 5 business days with USPS First Class Service
- 1 to 3 business days with USPS Priority Service

Therefore, it generally takes 4 to 8 business days (CRAFTING + SHIPPING) after the order date to receive your order.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your box or gifts; if something didn't go as expected or if your heartless ex other half broke up with you, send us a message on Etsy. We can exchange your product for free or issue a full refund.

If you'd like to return your order, we will send you a shipping label for free.

And if by misfortune your package gets lost during shipping, we'll ship you a new one at no cost.

If you order a 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗕𝗼𝘅, you can hide 4 to 5 gifts in it:
