The outfit consists of a paneled vest, hip-hugger flared jeans, turtleneck tee shirt and tam hat. The shirt is made from a lightwight stretch fabric. The vest, jeans and hat are constructed from tie-dyed denim, and a red, white and blue star cotton print. The hat and vest are fully lined with the star print. The jeans and vest close with snaps, the tee shirt closes in back with Velcro.
