Letters, Symbol, Class Year

Letters are made of a twill fabric and all other embellishments are embroidered with thread.

Please contact us for group discounts of 15 pieces or more or for other organizations.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give refunds since all of our items are custom made to order. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, RETURNS, OR ORDER CANCELS.

If for some reason, we print an item incorrect from information submitted by you, we will replace the item with a corrected item.

2) All of our products are custom made so we do NOT offer refunds, returns or exchanges; therefore, verify you correctly submit all information for personalization. We print items exactly how information is provided to us.

3) Washing instructions are provided with shipment and we suggest you follow these instructions for product care.

4) Items may possibly fade onto other items when washed with other garments. We are not responsible for any product fading or bleeding onto other garments or products. We recommend all items being washed seperately from other garments in cold water.

5) Sizes are standard sizing set by product manufacturer and we are not responsible if you order a size and it is not a correct size or fit how you prefer. In addition, we cannot recommend any sizes for you to purchase.

6) In the event your address listed with Etsy is different from your current address, it is your responsibility to make sure that change is made with Etsy. Our shipping labels are purchased through Etsy and the address listed with Etsy is the address which products are shipped. If you have failed to make your address change with Etsy and we ship to the address provided by Etsy, we are not responsible for any merchandise not received where you currently reside. We will not replace or refund any items. Please ensure all shipping information is correct to avoid any shipment problems.

7) When opening items you receive, we suggest you open with care. Using a sharp object could possibly cause damage to merchandise. We are not responsible for any damage to a product as a result of the method in which you chose to open the package.

8) Please understand that all computer and moblile devices portray colors differently. Some make items appear darker and some lighter. If you have any questions regarding a color provided please contact us for assistance in decifering a color. Once you place order we are not responsible for shading discrepentcies.

9) Any orders that need to be shipped earlier than the estimated ship date given by Etsy, must be approved prior to order being placed. Not all orders are available for rush. If you have not contacted us to request an earlier ship date and received wriitten notification that we will be able to meet your deadline, then we are not responsible if your order does not ship to you earlier than the estimated ship date given by Etsy at the time order is submitted.

10) WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE MAIL. A claim would have to be filed with USPS and a refund cannot be given unless they issue one.
