there is no return on customised bracelet orders or cards personalised with gift notes.

Any orders which are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur new postage charges to resend. These charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

No refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect/ incomplete address.

For customised orders where the buyer refuses to pay the new postal charge to resend there will be no refund on the order.

Most orders are hand made and dispatched within 1-2 days.

Due to small parts and strings/ cords the bracelets are not suitable for children under 5 years, children under 10 should be supervised.

if your order has been purchased outside of the UK it may be delayed in customs
