4.5 DPNs if needed during decreasing
Finished Measurements (unstretched brim)
Small: 16" circumference
Large: 20" circumference

Pattern instructions are really well done and well designed to boot! Loving both sizes and have built a list of others in my world who will be gifted with owl baskets - easy to make in a jiffy!
