Inspired by art nouveau and serenity and nature and symmetry... but mostly by how freaking crazy cool peacock feathers are (not to mention peacock-blue diamonds!), here's a ring to lose yourself into.

This gorgeous chunk of gold comes in the form of a perfectly delicate peacock feather set with an intense greenish-blue diamond eye. The feather rests atop the finger in a wide lightly domed shape but narrows and is smooth under the finger, making this an extraordinarily comfortable ring to wear.

DIAMOND: This is a 2.5mm diameter diamond (.05 carat) of an intensely saturated slightly greenish blue color. Very peacocky! The color is created by irradiation (meaning they had a perfectly fine diamond to start but it was not a very attractive color, so they irradiated it to make it marketable again). All diamonds I buy are guaranteed certified "conflict-free" (through the Kimberly Process). When I can, I use recycled diamonds (pulled out of old jewelry; cleaned, sorted, graded).

NOTE: I can make this ring with a more traditional white diamond instead of the blue diamond; just add $15 to the price of the ring. Let me know what you prefer when ordering.

This ring is hand carved in wax using pointy tools and then cast using the lost-wax method. This ring is a highly detailed work of art with a design that flows 3/4+ of the way around the ring (the bottom of the band is smooth) and has a delicious weighty feel.

This is a custom piece that I make specifically to your finger size and metal preference. I can make this ring in sizes 5-7 (please ask about other sizes) and in 14K or 18K yellow or white gold (platinum also available).

Please note that with white gold, particularly 18K white, I do not rhodium plate the finished piece; therefore, the white has a very slight ivory tinge. I personally find the effect to be beautiful, lending a special, almost antique quality to the piece. Please allow four weeks (at most; convo me for an updated timeline) from when you place the order to when I ship.

PRICING: The price listed is for a ring made in 14K gold.

Please note that my gold ring prices are highly dependent upon current market prices (http://www.kitco.com/market/). Lately gold market prices have been fluctuating wildly; I update my prices about so often depending upon what the market is up to.

Please convo or email me to get a quote in 18K or platinum.
