I have been a Etsy shop owner for over 12 years and have only had this happen twice in the US.
Orders are shipped priority mail in the US which comes with tracking. I suggest international customers upgrade their shipping to priority due to the fact that I have limited tracking without it. If your order is lost in the mail in the US or internationally I cannot offer a refund (full or partial) unless the order is returned to me in the condition it was originally shipped. I will do my best to track the location of the order.

I ordered these flowers for our wedding reception. The flowers I was looking for from the florist were out of season and I wanted a deep purple. They are absolutely beautiful and the girls loved their bouquets and they display them on their makeup tables. Attached was my bouquet. The only hiccup we had was pinning the bouteniers, it takes a little longer since they are hard to get a pin through. If you would like flowers that can handle cold and hot weather these are great and everyone thought they were real and the pictures just don’t do justice, they are beautiful in person.

I love the bouquet’s that Darla made. I had ordered from another person on Etsy and it was nothing like she assured me to be but Darla does what you want done and sends a picture of it along with a letter inside thanking me for my business and if not completely satisfied just reach out to her. I love that!! Great customer service!!!
