Proofs are typically sent in less than 24 hours so make sure to check your convos regularly to ensure faster production. If you are at all concerned about fonts, layout, spacing, etc., I would strongly encourage you to request a proof immediately after submitting your order. Sometimes customers reach out to me after they receive their item(s) and want me to change a font, spacing, etc - but this isn't possible once an item is finished. The only way to redo part (or all) of the design is to completely remake the item at the customer's expense.

Very pleased with our order of the 24” x 12” custom pillow cover plus pillow inside. Beautifully done as pictured in the ivory choice. Arrived as expected, no wrinkles or problems. Just love it as one of our gifts for an upcoming wedding. We would definitely order again for other couples getting married in the future. It’s really very nice.
