Wonderfully refreshing and toning, our distilled rose water offers a rejuvenating experience for your face, hair, and skin. Use as a facial toner, hair refresher, linen spray, makeup setting spray, or body mist. A wonderful versatile and multipurpose natural beauty elixir.

In the late 1700's and early 1800's herbalists considered red roses to be of a higher caliber for strengthening the heart. Although we know today this isn't true, every Valentine's Day seems to prove red roses do the heart good. Packaged in a 4 oz reusable recyclable plastic BPE free #1 spray bottle, a little goes a long way. Purchase with or without sprayer. If you have a sprayer you can reuse, have another bottle from us or are using this as a facial toner (you can use cotton bud or cloth) we suggest purchasing the capped version (and it saves you a bit of money.)

To use: with cotton ball (or according to the original recipe a soft bit of cloth) apply to freshly cleansed skin and allow to air dry. Follow with moisturizer. Gentle enough for daily use.
No yucky stuff! We are sulfate, palm oil, propylene glycol and petroleum byproducts free. Please use within 6 months of opening. Sunlight can darken color of rosewater. For longer shelf life keep refrigerated.

A family farm since 1999, Second Chance Farm Sanctuary is the Leclerc homestead located in Ashby, Ma. Sustainable and chemical-free practices are used including rotational grazing, herbal worming, vermiculture and natural composting - we would simply have it no other way.

Mother Nature knows best...
We believe in simple, nourishing ingredients. Many herbs are grown on the farm for use in our solar infusions along with honey, beeswax and pollen. Wild foraging in our woods yields witch hazel, mushrooms, peppermint, pine resin and many other nourishing treats.

All body products are developed and tested from the ground up. We do not purchase premade bases - this only takes away from the joy of creating... and knowing our product is indeed pure. All products are lovingly made in small batches. No synthetic fillers, sulfate, palm oil, propylene glycol and petroleum byproduct are used.

About our animals:
Some have come to us through farm rescues, others due to neglect, some through an owners death and some left on our doorstep.

We have loved deaf and blind sheep, a sweet hen found in a roadside trash bag, a pregnant, undernourished goat with mange and fed baby squirrels with a syringe.

Our animals are allowed to wander as they please. Regardless of how they became part of our farm, they live out their lives happy and healthy with endless hugs...
as it should be.
