These unique earrings are made of natural off white disc shape shell beads and black Czech beads. Since they are black and white these would match with any color outfit. Returns & exchanges

Unless there is something wrong with the item, all sales are final. If there is a defect in your item please contact me within 7 days of delivering ( USPS delivery confirmed date) the item before leaving a neutral or negative feed back, so that we can resolve your problem and we both be happy.

If the item is defective I will accept them for refund. Please you need to notify me with clear pictures of the defective item within 7 days of delivering the item for a refund. After the 7 day window unfortunately I won't be able to issue you a refund.
NO REFUND will be issued for neglected, obviously mistreated, altered or mutilated items.

If the item is eligible for a refund ( usually earrings are not eligible for a refund after delivering to the customer due to hygienic reasons), Your refund will be issued when I get the item back from you. The customer pays the return shipping.
If you don't need a refund but instead you need the fixed or a new item ( I still need the defective item sent back to me first ) I will fix/ make you a new item and send it to you. I pay the shipping.

Shipments to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Netherlands come with a delivery confirmation. Unfortunately USPS does not issue a delivery confirmation for items shipped to France.
I will not consider an international package to be lost until it's been 12 weeks. A refund will not be issued before 12 weeks.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact me before your purchase and I will adjust shipping prices accordingly
