Current shipping schedule:

I have stopped taking international orders at this time due to COVID-19 delays.items, including earrings, may take 1-15 business days to be ready for shipping. Please view your invoice after your purchase to view the set turnaround time for your items and order. If you have a time-sensitive requirement, please message me.

Orders that include multiples of five or more items can take up to three weeks to be ready for shipping - please let me know if your large order is time-sensitive. I offer Priority shipping which takes 1-3 days - please choose Priority Shipping for an additional $3 from the drop-down menu at checkout for my Priority shipping upgrade. ***The purchase of Priority shipping does not include expedited turnaround time. I do offer same day turnaround service for customized items for an added fee, please message me for this service.

Please do not expect for me to send updates on your order, unless we have an arrangement for me to do so. You will receive an invoice at the time of purchase with the scheduled shipping date, and a shipping notification when it is shipped. I will not send periodic updates to let you know how your order is coming along.

****SHIPPING TO THE UK: Please note that packages being delivered in the United Kingdom MAY incur an added Value Tax and/or Handling Fee by the Royal Mail. ****INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please know that the US Postal Service does not offer tracking on some international orders. After the package leaves the US, tracking can stop. Transit times can vary widely depending on your location. Packages must go through customs upon entering countries and can be held for processing. I do not have any control over these transit times, nor can I be responsible for items that are delayed due to this system. I ship within my turnaround parameters outlined in my shop and after that it is out of my hands. Please message me with questions before ordering. It has been my experience that shipping to some countries can take three weeks to two months transit time, to include:

I try to keep shipping as low as possible. My shipping charges reflect the cost of gift box packaging, current postage rates and fees. ***If you do not require separate boxes for each item purchased, please message me and I will combine items.

**I cannot be responsible for items that are not delivered but show as delivered within the tracking system. Please contact your local post office for items showing as delivered but not received. I will add insurance to your shipment at your request before purchase.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please message me through Etsy Convos. Correspondence sent via direct email may not be seen as I receive upwards of one hundred emails per day. I will respond to messages sent through Etsy only. Please do not email me directly instead of communicating with me through Etsy.

Orders not paid for will be cancelled in three days.

A note about hand stamped items....They will be imperfect. These items are not engraved, but stamped by hand with metal stamping tools. I cannot stamp on the reverse side of most items - please message me for questions regarding stamping on the backs of discs.
