FAQs
· The shipping rate is flat, so it doesn't change with every item you add to the cart. However, if your order includes stickers exclusively and weights over 100g, we'll contact you to make an adjustment to the shipping costs (it is usually an increase of 3-4€). This happens very rarely with really big orders though.
· We'll ship to the address given at checkout on Etsy. Please double check it is correct and, in case you detect a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. If your address is wrong and your order was marked as dispatched, it'll be returned to us and you will be required to repay the shipping costs so we can resend it.
We won't be able to offer any refund or change if an order gets lost due to a wrong address.

I can't make custom girls due to our current workload. However, I love to hear your ideas and suggestions, and I always keep them in mind for future designs! Please write me if you'd like to share your ideas with me.
Can you translate the kits or the letterings in a sheet?
Yes - I can translate them to Spanish. Contact me if you're interested.
Can I request some lettering changes (headers, titles...)?
