Gorgeous piece of art here! My only note is that shipping took much longer than expected. For some reason, I was not able to track this at all when it was in the US. A little frustrating, but eventually received and all worked out.

Never received the artwork! It’s been over a month!

As a professional, having dedication and concern in everything I do, I always believed in a great communication between the seller and the customer and an excellent customer service. According to our messages, I have suggested you to contact the nearest post office of your address by phone or in person with the TN. The post mail service gives all information. Your order had international dispatch on Portugal, February,9. Until today, all my shipments I have made have reached the addressees within the stipulated in time or with delays or even for other reasons, such as incorrect address, or the inability of the customer to contact the postal services returning the order to the seller. Until now, all my sells were delivered and and my customers were extremely pleased with their purchased.
