In case you receive your order with the purchased items broken, sure we will not be happy if this happens. So, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send a photo of the broken item/package, and we will arrange a re-send, refund or coupon code for your next buy.

We are not responsible for lost packages, but in this case, we will surely not be happy.
So, please contact us in case of such a situation, and we will find the best solution. We will contact our post office for assistance & open a case using the tracking number of your package. That means that we will apply for package detection & a full refund in case that is lost. Please keep in mind that this process of detection takes some time (approx. 30-40 days) till we have the final finding, whether the parcel is lost or not, & afterward give you a refund.

You have the option to upgrade your order delivery from Standard (registered mail via ELTA-Hellenic Post) to DHL Express Delivery & you will receive your order within a few days (approx. 3-5 working days).
