Gentle Falls - Original large river painting
Description
This is a large, 18" x 24", original acrylic painting on 3/4" deep stretched canvas. It is framed in a contemporary black painted wood floater style frame. I'll be adding photos soon, but you can see this style of frame in many of my listings.
This is a colorful, impressionistic painting, showing a series of small waterfalls cascading over some rock outcroppings. The shadows are rich with purples and blue greens. The sunlight captures part of the waterfall adding golden tones to the rocks and water. Another small fall leads to a foreground with some submerged rocks, a little sandy beach and some closer foliage from a nearby tree. The perfect spot to relax in the sun and listen to the water.

This is Sooo beautiful and all I was hoping for. Its framed so nicely and packaged very very well for shipping to Canada. Thank you for working with me. It reminds me of my sister and I growing up in western PA.
