Description

This is a collection of six early film star trading cards. These were sometimes offered in sheets as product promos. Many were included in tobacco packages.

NOTE: Reverse side is blank on all cards.

Several of these images were photographed at Hartsook Studios, owned by Fred Hartsook in LA. He was a photographer to stars such as Charles Lindbergh and Woodrow Wilson.

Each approximately 2-3/4 x 1-7/8"

Includes:
-Max Linder (early influence of Charlie Chaplin)
-Clara Young (Hartsook Photo)
-Margaret Gibson (Hartsook Photo) She made a deathbed
confession of killing an actor/lover
-Henry Walthall (Hartsook Photo)
-Edna Goodrich
-Clara Whitney

All six images are in a faux leather, plastic coil album measuring 3-7/8" x 3-1/4"

CONDITION: Photo edges are mildly bumped. Walthall's image shows scuffing.
