Production Time

All Ferko’s Fine Jewelry styles are carefully handmade in our NYC Studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, I may be able to accommodate your request. Please send us a convo.

An adult signature will be required at the time of delivery for purchases of $500 and above. High-value packages ship with full insurance, tracking, and a signature required upon delivery

International Shipping

Standard - USPS Int First Class 14-21 Business Days (Trackable until it leaves the USA) NON Insured

DHL Express Shipping - 2-3 Business Day Delivery

Important note for international buyers:

You may be required to pay VAT/import fee before your package is delivered. We are not responsible for any such fees.

Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit.

For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee. Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please contact your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package.

For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.

Layaway

We are happy to extend a layaway option to customers that wish to pay in installments. Please contact us if you would like to set up a layaway plan.

All layaway orders are subject to the following:
• A non-refundable deposit of 35%
• The customer is obligated to track payment progress
• Full payment is required before made to order jewelry production can begin
• Full payment is required before items are shipped
• All items purchased through this program are considered final sale
• Plans showing no payment progress within 6 months are subject to forfeit and items will be taken off hold.

Layaway payments and shipping and rush fees are not eligible for refund.
