Framed set of two book plates showing Norman and Saxon architecture in England from John Carter's Ancient Architecture of England, originally published in 1807.

Professional framed in simple black metal frames; teal matting with single French line. Each frame measures 17.5"x23.5". From a smoke- and pet-free home.

(I bought the plates about 25 years ago at a flea market or antique book fair. The seller said they were from a 100 year old book, so they are probably not from the original 1807 book, but a later reprint.)

US shipping will be via FedEx Ground. Convo anytime with questions, and thanks for stopping by Save the Vintage!
