Returns & exchanges
You must be absolutely delighted with our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, convo us within 3 days of receipt of order. We will gladly refund or exchange, minus shipping, any item once the unused portion has been returned to use. Please contact us for a Return Authorization prior to returning product to us. That way we can watch for it and know when to process the refund/exchange.
Shipping policies
We ship within 2-4 business days upon receipt of payment (we actually ship same day on the majority of our orders, we only list items we have in stock..the only time there's a conflict is when we sell it here and our website at the same time, but we can usually make a new one quickly). During peak traffic times (i.e. Holiday Season, Valentine's and Mother's Day), it can sometimes take an extra day. Don't worry, you're order is always our top priority, and we work hard to get it to you quickly.

We will, on occasion use Parcel Post, but the other methods are preferred. USPS will not allow us to ship liquids, so any liquid type item must be shipped via UPS Ground, so we will need a physical address (no PO boxes).
We gladly ship non-liquid International orders. Please do not ask us to falsify customs documents, it's just not cool. Duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
