This necklace is the first in a series for those geeks out there that want to SHOUT out to the world that they LOVE science. And how appropriate that it feature one of the great women of science, Marie Curie?

Marie Curie isolated radium, won two Nobel Prizes, was the first female instructor at the Sorbonne, and held degrees in math, physics and chemistry. She worked in a male dominated profession and unknowingly set the standard for women in science everywhere. Wear this necklace with pride!

This necklace is laminated on a brass plated setting and is covered with a clear resin dome. It is very lightweight and is hung on a black suede 17" cord with a lobster clasp.
